This activity develops and strengthens coordination, decision-making, endurance, and overall physical fitness, as climbing engages the entire body. If you just want to give it a try, starting with 3 panels is a great option. Over time, you can expand and create your own climbing wall. The height of three panels reaches almost up to the ceiling in any standard home. For additional safety, a gym mat on the floor is recommended, which can be purchased at almost any sports equipment store. The panels are designed to make it easy to reposition the holds exactly how you want to climb.

You will need a drill to make holes in the wall. A mounting guide for the panels will be included. The set includes screws for concrete or brick walls. If you have a different wall type, please let us know. If we do not receive any information, the included screws will be as mentioned above.
